Two Words :: Read Pavlina

I ran across Steve Pavlina's website a few months ago, and highly recommend it. Steve provides some great information, articles and methods on how to improve your life in a meaningful way. His well written article titled The Courage To Live Consciously is a great start. It begins with a quote from Helen Keller that is one of those truths impossible to deny:

Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature,
nor do the children of men as a whole experience it.
Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure.
Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing.
To keep our faces toward change and behave like free spirits
in the presence of fate is strength undefeatable.

The fact is that security is all in the mind, and Steve lays out why this is so and how to reframe the picture to make a difference in your life. Check out all of his thoughts and articles at StevePavlina.com.
