Two Words :: Lose Weight

Well, the book is not anything close to a diet book, but three of my two word combinations can be the key to losing weight. Eat Right, Eat Light and Move More. I've lost over 20 pounds, but not by changing my diet purposely, but changing my thinking. Recite those words a hundred times a day and you just might do the same. I'm thinking this may be quite useful, since it's all a mind game anyway. Weight loss is pure math ... energy consumed and energy expended. You need to as much talk your way to lower weight as the eating itself. Any volunteers?
