Here is an exerpt from a chapter ...
Thought Cascade
... part of the problem with thinking clearly in the midst of all the external and internal distracting information and communication is that there is just too much to process. When it comes to targeting your goals to improve your overall life experience, simpler is better.
If you can start with simplicity, with a set of instructions that is free of clutter to begin with, you can initiate what I call the thought cascade.
A properly initiated cascade of thoughts is a flow of thoughts that you can use to target what you seek, no matter what that may be.
What is both simple and has the ability to set off the thought cascade? That's simple too; words of course - the things that make up our communication. Just two words in fact.

Idea Factory
If we look at the works of great musicians and artists of the past; if we study the efforts of the Greeks, or the building of the pyramids in Egypt, or even cave dwellers at the dawn of humankind, one thing is clear; there was no shortage of ideas.
Just ponder what we've done in just the past one hundred years.
We've laid the concrete and built an entire Interstate system to nearly every corner of the United States; strung electrical, telephone and cable wiring to every nook and cranny of the world; buried a million miles of sewer and water pipes; constructed thousands of bridges, tunnels and dams that are engineering marvels.
We've offered up artistry and entertainment with the likes of Elvis and Fitzgerald, Seinfeld and Skywalker.
Twelve humans have set foot on the moon; hundreds have experienced the weightlessness of space. There are thousands of man-made satellites launched against the gravity of Earth now in precise orbits around our planet. We have sent robotic spacecraft billions of miles into space to snap photos of distant moons and planets ...
... This and more has all been done in a mere century or so; an amazing accomplishment.
Each and every one of these accomplishments and millions more started with a single flicker of thought, an idea by someone just like you. We are all idea factories.
Don't let the grand nature of big ideas and accomplishments intimidate or retard confidence in your ability to conjure up new ideas or take action to accomplish them. It was just an average, run of the mill, human thought that came up with the notion about setting foot on the moon and how to actually do it.
That person was really no different than the human who came up with idea of fire or the wheel; both of which were required to get to the moon.
Whether you want to solve a small problem, attain a lofty personal goal, or address worldly issues, creative ideas are needed. There will always be a need and a market for a good idea ...
